Price Freeze!

I was glad when the government announced a “price freeze” on all basic commodities a few weeks ago. This lawful act would surely help my fellow countrymen affected by the flood to adjust in buying basic commodities such as food.

Anyway, since most private transportation were damaged by flood waters, I wonder if there is a price freeze for auto accessories and parts. Most owners were not able to get an auto insurance refund since the typhoon was considered force majeure or acts of God. So, they are going to handle the repairs from their own pockets.

Oh well, I hope that would be included too. I think soaring prices would really hurt the already hurting victims of typhoon Ondoy.
