Simple Security Tips this Christmas

Christmas is a happy event. Aside from family coming over and delicious food, everyone is excited to receive their 13th month pay and bonuses (not me, I don’t have that). Some have plans to save it while others have already scheduled it to pay for debts or buy a major purchase.

As Christmas approaches, many people will have money even how small and that also means many opportunity grabbers like thieves are also ready to take their chances.

Here are some simple tips to guard your belongings this Christmas:
1. While doing your Christmas shopping, always remember to close your bag and keep it fastened to your body.
2. When shopping, always count the bags you have bought. If you take a break and place them on the floor, make sure the number equates.
3. Install reliable home security systems in your homes. Thieves crawl in especially when the family is out for family gatherings, Christmas parties and other social events.
4. When withdrawing at ATM booths, make sure to cover while inputting your PIN.
5. Immediately place the money inside the bag, don’t count it in public.
