Best Friend Goes Back to School

Saturday, November 28, 2009

One of my best friend just arrived. She will be staying with us for an indefinite period as my husband and I have agreed that we will be sending her back to school. We have yet to decide whether she is going to take medical coding training courses or go full four years taking elementary education.

Anyway, whatever the decision will be, we are just happy that we will be helping someone fight for her right to get her life back after seven years of unfruitful and wrong relationship.

Regretted Selling My Laptop

Friday, November 27, 2009

I have many regrets in my life and some of them I don’t want to mention. But there is one thing I regretted doing this year, selling my laptop. I never realize my need to have it handy all the time not until now that I am faced with the idea of traveling back home or to other places. It made me sick to think I sold it earlier this year.

So because of this, I am planning to save for a laptop again. I am not sure I am going to buy a brand new one or a refurbished laptop. All I know is that I need a laptop so that in case I need to travel, I can continue my business anywhere I go.

Now, all I need to do is save…save…and save!

Medical Travel

Wednesday, November 25, 2009

Travelling with a medical condition is very stressful. It makes the patient uncomfortable not only physically but also financially. That is why some health care insurance providers offer medical travel. They can offer financial help. You can avail of medical travel Mexico and even from other places.

Here in our place, I am not sure if this is offered or such health care company exists. All I know is that only rich people travel to other places to get cured.

No Travel this Christmas 2009

Tuesday, November 24, 2009

Christmas Season is all about gifts, vacation and family. It is a season that we expect people to be happy despite all of the trials faced. It is a season to be jolly as the song says it.

Anyway, this season, my family will not be worrying about our luggage sets since we are not going anywhere. We decided to celebrate this holiday season here in Bacolod City since my father will come by to visit us. We are eyeing to have a simple but happy celebration these holidays. I just hope we have extra moolah to buy good food and gifts to share!

Exercises...

Friday, November 20, 2009

I have been a thin person most of my life except now. I have gain considerable weight since I got married. Now, my tummy is bulging as if I was pregnant (gesh…I was mistaken many times already). So, I thought why not consider toning up myself? It was what I wanted…gain weight and trim up the excess.

Since I have a baby, going to the gym must be an unlikely option. So I was thinking of other means on how to trim down, either the old fashion way of walking around or do some sit ups or buy a Wii to help me out? LOL!! I guess the later part is not an option for me right now since it entails “money.”

Oh well, I guess doing the sit ups don’t do me good as well. I am really not fond of exercises. Anyway, I am planning to save up for many things and one of these is a treadmill. Boring as it may seem but I guess this is the closest exercise machine I ever gonna use if I have one.

How about you? Do you do exercises at home or at the gym?

Faucets and More Faucets

Wednesday, November 11, 2009

Have you ever seen bar faucets? Well, I haven’t seen one yet in person. All I have seen are regular faucets in homes and offices which all looked the same to me.

Anyway, I went and checked on what a bar faucet looks like and to my amazement; they all look the same as any other faucets but taller and mostly have beautiful and practical designs. I guess the design is meant to be because bar counters have tall glasses.

Oh well, I guess faucet producers just make up with many names just to signify the uses. But just the same, they are all faucets and you can make money selling them!

Here is what a bar faucet looks like:

Thinking of More Ways

Monday, November 2, 2009

I am thinking of ways to earn money online. Aside from my current income generating endeavor, I am planning to look for a way that can earn me per commission basis something like supplying life insurance leads or e-book sale. I don’t really know how it works but I heard that some are earning hundreds or even thousands per month from home that way.

Anyway, have you heard about this or are you earning from this? Can you share your ideas?

Travel Plans

Sunday, November 1, 2009

There are too many emotional issues around the house lately and I guess this call for a vacation. Now, I am cooking up something for this and I have so many things to consider. One of this is our fare, the number of days that we will be staying and what bag to bring. As for the fare, probably there is a solution for it but for the bag where to put our belongings for one to two weeks’ vacation is quite a problem. We have too many bags but I would love to have one Samsonite luggage to put them all. It’s hard to travel when you are carrying a baby.

Anyway, my travel plans are not final but I am thinking of pushing it through once money is available for our fare. As for now, I am still contemplating on it.

My inLinks Earnings

I started with inLinks last May 2009. My first and second payments were not very stunning because I only earned $7.00 per month. But when months passed by, I noticed that my monthly income increased. Not to mention, these were the income generated by six posts only from my two WP blogs.

Below is a snap shot of my income from them in the past few months. No matter how small compared to others, I am happy that I have an income from them. Now, I can buy eye creams because my eyes are exhausted from my blogging career. LOL!!
