Joint Pains!
Ever since I became a stay at home mommy, I have lesser activities outside the house. I am seldom found wondering in the mall or other places except when I really needed to do it like buying groceries or attending a PTA meeting. So, most of the time I am found inside the house (how boring my life is!) and in a stagnant sitting position in front of my PC or standing carrying my baby.
And of course because of this kind of lifestyle, I sometimes feel a severe joint pain striking on my knees and back. And because of this, I wanted to change my lifestyle. I want to go to the gym and sweat a little to make my muscles and joints work a little harder. But I couldn’t do it now because of a toe infection that prevents me from wearing a rubber shoes. Therefore, I have to wait until my toe problem gets healed.
Anyway, I just hope going to the gym will help me get rid of my joint pain!
